一、燈具試 驗(yàn) 鏈概述：
試驗(yàn)鏈是滿足IEC60598&GB7000.1&EN60598-14試驗(yàn)要求，依據(jù)GB7000.1 IEC60598-1 .26.3 條款圖29要求設(shè)計(jì)制造，主要用于燈具未絕緣、可觸及而且相反的SELV部件的意外短路保護(hù)試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)鏈由銅鋅合金（Cu63%，Zn37%）制成，未作任何表面處理和涂覆，200g/m負(fù)載拉伸時(shí)阻值在2.5±20%Ω范圍之間。
二、使用方法：
測(cè)量試 驗(yàn) 鏈阻值，確保其范圍為2.5±20%Ω。
測(cè)量被SELV部件兩極的空間距離，記為X，單位（厘米/cm）。
試 驗(yàn) 鏈兩端懸掛標(biāo)準(zhǔn)配重=15*X*g或者較大250g的配重。
在被測(cè)樣品合適位置安裝熱電偶，接通溫度巡檢儀。
樣品接入0.9~1.1倍額定電壓的電源。
放置試 驗(yàn) 鏈，進(jìn)行短路試驗(yàn)。
注意：試 驗(yàn) 鏈熔化可成造成燙傷。

SUBJECT: TEST CHAIN ACC. To IEC 60598-1
Now there is new standard amendment from year 2000.
The value of the resistance of the test chain at 200 gram load is specified to 2,5ohm/meter.
SPEC:
2,5 ohm/meter +/- 20 % at load 200 gram/m
Handling instruction－see below, Material: 37% Zinc/ 63% Copper
One important point is to CLEAN TO CLEAN the chain after EAC usage with alcohol to achieve the correct start value !!! Control also that the resistance value of the chain is 2,5 ohm/meter. If not 2,5 ohm/meter you have to stretch/expend the chain several times by hand so that it successively get lower and lower value until 2,5ohm/meter.
