• 用途

     雙金屬溫度計(jì)分為普通型、戶(hù)外型、防腐型三種。普通型外殼用鐵皮電鍍，保護(hù)管用不銹鋼，適用于室內(nèi)一般場(chǎng)合使用。戶(hù)外型外殼用鋁金制造，保護(hù)管，連接柱均采用不銹鋼，密封性較好，適用于室內(nèi)外，一般耐腐蝕場(chǎng)所。防腐型外殼采用全不銹鋼，保護(hù)管、連接柱可用鉬二鈦材料，連接部分均采用密封膠，可適用于多數(shù)腐蝕介質(zhì)、氣體的測(cè)量。

• 結(jié)構(gòu)原理

雙金屬溫度計(jì)感溫元件采用多圈直螺旋形雙金屬片。一端固定，另一端（自由端）連接在芯軸上，軸向型溫度計(jì)指針直接裝在芯軸上。徑向型結(jié)構(gòu)指示針通過(guò)轉(zhuǎn)角彈簧與芯軸連接。當(dāng)溫度變化時(shí)，感溫元件自由端旋轉(zhuǎn)，經(jīng)芯軸傳動(dòng)指針在刻度盤(pán)上指示被測(cè)介質(zhì)溫度的變化值。

3. 各類(lèi)雙金屬溫度計(jì)不宜用于測(cè)量敞開(kāi)容器內(nèi)介質(zhì)溫度，帶接點(diǎn)溫度計(jì)，不宜在工作振動(dòng)較大場(chǎng)合的控制回路中使用。
4. 溫度計(jì)在正常的情況下，應(yīng)予定期檢驗(yàn)。一般以每隔6個(gè)月檢驗(yàn)一次為宜。
